Creating a Utility - Availability Exceptions Tab

  1. Select Factory > Utilities.
    The overview window containing all the utilities defined in your model opens.
  2. Click New.
    A dialog box is displayed.
  3. Enter a unique code for the new utility.
  4. Click OK.
    The Utility Entry window is displayed.
  5. Click the Availability exceptions.
  6. Click Add to add a new row.
  7. If you want to change the default color, double-click the color and select a new color from the color palette. Then click the OK button.
  8. If you want to change either the start or end date from the default date, enter the new date in the appropriate column.
  9. If a utility has some availability, but it is less than standard, enter that number in the available column.
  10. Enter a description for the exception in the description column.
  11. Click OK to save your changes and close the window. Alternatively, continue populating tabs on this window.
