Checking a Schedule

Checking All Aspects of Some Batches, Orders, Inventory Points or Utilities

  1. Select the batches, orders, inventory points or utilities that you want to check in the planning board or in overview windows. Use searches where appropriate.
  2. Ensure that the dialog box in which you have made your selection is active.
  3. Open the Check Schedule dialog box by selecting Schedule > Check Schedule. The system automatically selects batches, orders, inventory points or utilities depending on your selection.
  4. If it is not already selected, select the check selection only check box.
  5. Click OK. Your selections are checked. The message window is displayed with a report when finished.

Checking All or Some Aspects of All Batches, Orders, or Inventory Points

  1. Open the Check Schedule dialog box by selecting Schedule > Check Schedule.
  2. Clear the check selection only check box.
  3. Select one or more of the following to be checked: check process batches, check tank batches, check enabling batches, check orders, check inventory points, and/or check utilities. Remember, the more you check, the longer it takes and the more error messages you may have to review.
  4. Select the individual errors to check by double-clicking the corresponding row.
Note:  You can use the All On or All Off button to aid in the selection. For example, if you only want one error selected, you can select All Off and then select the one that you want instead of individually clearing each row.
  5. Click OK. Your selections are checked. The Messages window is displayed with a report when finished.
