Location override
Normally, Price Management uses a prioritization logic that prioritizes the lowest location level first when processing price changes. You can use a point-in-time feature called Location Override to reset prices at lower location levels to the price at the higher level. After the point-in-time override, Price Management returns to using the prioritization logic. The default Location Override value is blank for a regular price change, so it must be specified by a user during price change creation.
Note: You can use the Location
Override feature only for regular price changes and the feature only overrides
existing regular price changes. You can only apply the Location Override feature for
national, region, and metro location levels.
