Managing users and roles

Log in as the system or IT administrator.

Select .

Search for the user ID you want to manage.

To edit a user's role:
- Click the Edit icon.
- Select the role(s) from the Role Name list.
- Click the Save icon to save your
changes.

To deactivate a user:
- Click the Edit icon.
- Select No in the Active column.
- Click the Save icon to save your changes. The
user is no longer active.
