Orders Report
The Orders Report shows order information. You can perform these operations:
- Select the orders to display
- Select the order fields and information to display
- Aggregate orders and display aggregated values
- Use the orders report as a scoreboard record
On the Primary behavior tab, you can select the orders. You can use specific selection criteria. Using the flexible field filter, you can select almost any order or operation information.
On the Columns 1 and Columns 2 two behavior tabs, you can select the order fields to display. You can define the number of fields to display and select the fields and their display sequence. On the Orders behavior tab, you can select up to three order fields to sort the orders' display sequence. These fields are displayed in the leftmost column in the Orders Report.
On the Grouping behavior tab, you can aggregate orders. You can use between zero and three aggregation levels that are based on order information.
You can use the Orders Report as a scoreboard record. You can select the number to display as a scoreboard value:
- The number of orders
- The number of operations
- The number of groups in on grouping level 1
- The number of groups in on grouping level 2
- The number of groups in on grouping level 2
These examples shows the KPIs that can be defined and displayed in the Scoreboard records:
- The number of planned orders
- The number of displayed orders
- The number of orders to delivered in the next two weeks
- The number of orders that depend on a purchase order arriving on time to be produced
Coloring can be based on order coloring and on up to three flexible color codes. Color can be based on almost any order, operation, and item information. Coloring provides an overview of the orders. A tooltip shows the coloring reason. If coloring is based on a complex logic, the tooltip shows the coloring rule.
