Configuring the Call Request app
To configure the Call Requests app:
- Click and select Settings.

Specify these details:
- Company
- The company code. This value is defaulted from the LN user data.
- Sold to BP
- The business partner who orders goods or services from an organization.
- Priority Data Setup
- Set the priority for the Call request based on which the
call requests displayed in the mobile app are classified. You can
prioritize the call request as:
- High Priority
- Medium Priority
- Show Message Submit service requests
- Set this option to display the confirmation message for submitting the call request.
- Camera image quality
- Set the quality of the image that is captured to the call
request. The possible options are:
- Low
- Medium
- High
