Schedule System Downtime
While performing routine maintenance activities on your Infor Risk & Compliance system, you may need the system to be temporarily unavailable to users. This page enables you to create a system downtime schedule and display a warning message to users who sign in so that they are warned about how long the system will be unavailable.
System downtime can be scheduled only once for a specific period of time. For example, if a user has scheduled a system downtime task for a specific time (For example, on 2nd September' 09 at 3pm - 4pm), and if another user tries to create a system downtime task for the same time and on the same day, then Infor Risk & Compliance displays a message alerting the second user that system downtime has already been scheduled for that time.
