Schedules

The Schedules page provides a common interface to schedule data extraction, analysis and archival tasks. You can also schedule a system downtime if you need to make the system unavailable to users temporarily.

This page displays the list of scheduled analyses, scheduled archive tasks, scheduled extraction tasks and reporting tasks on their respective panels with details such as the task creator, task type, the connections selected while scheduling an extraction or an analysis, task status and the start time of the task.

Note: You can edit scheduled reports from the Report Subscriptions page.

The date and time displayed on this page is according to the time zone defined on the Preferences page.

For scheduled archive tasks, the Connection column refers to the archive connection, that is, the database where the data will be archived. As a signed in user, you can view only those tasks that are scheduled by you. Only an administrator can view the tasks scheduled by other users.

If multiple connections are used in a scheduled task, the Connection column displays the connection as a hyperlink. Click the hyperlink to view all connections selected for that task.

By default, the Schedules page is displayed as a grid view where tasks are displayed by task name. However, tasks can be viewed based on date and time through the Calendar view.

The icons displayed next to a task indicates the status of the task. Hover the mouse on the icon to know the status.

Important: Before creating a scheduled task ensure that the check box Index this folder for faster searching is cleared. For this, go to Program Files at the install location-> Right click Infor Risk & Compliance folder-> Properties-> Advanced. Clear the check box in the Advanced Attributes window that is displayed. If it is not cleared, a message is displayed in the Remarks column requesting you to clear the check box.
