Create or Edit an Analysis Schedule

This page enables you to schedule an analysis on the data extracted from the ERP applications. Data is analyzed using organizational rules. When a rule generates a violation, this information is saved and displayed on the Violations browser and  in violation reports. When a rule generates an exception, this information is saved and displayed on the Exceptions browser and in Business Process Exceptions report.

An analysis task can run concurrently with other Infor Risk & Compliance tasks such as a What-if analysis or an extraction.

If the option Map Connection Users is selected while creating a connection, analysis can be performed across multiple connections (cross-client analysis) for the following Authorizations Insights:

  • SAP
  • Oracle
  • PeopleSoft FISCM
  • PeopleSoft HRMS
  • Infor
  • Lawson

If multiple clients or connections are selected for an analysis, and users are mapped across these clients, these users will be analyzed across these clients and data from all these clients will be considered when identifying violations. For example, a user may exist in two clients and may have conflicting roles across the different clients. In this case, Infor Risk & Compliance will generate a violation.

Note: There is no pre-set cap on the number of violations generated for an analysis scheduled for Authorizations Insights for SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft FISCM, PeopleSoft HRMS, Infor, and Lawson. However, if a cap is required, it can be configured through Analysis Settings from the  Infor Risk & Compliance System Settings tab on the Configuration page.
