In the
User Type field, select
Administrator, Supervisor, or User. The type you specify will assign the
selected user to a group authorization that allows access to forms appropriate
to that type.
Administrators can
access and update all forms.
Supervisors can view
most forms, and can enter and edit employee times but will not be able to edit
configuration and organization tables.
Users can enter
transaction information in real time but will not be able to edit records or
modify transaction times.
