Rebalance Item on Purchase Order
Use this utility to verify that the Quantity Ordered field on the Items form is correct. This utility checks each PO line/release with a status of Ordered and then updates the appropriate item's Quantity Ordered field to show the Quantity Ordered minus the Quantity Received.
Item Quantity Ordered = PO line/release Quantity Ordered - PO line/release Quantity Received
The Background Queue form is accessible from the menu.
