Ad hoc execution of the Exchange Rates job

To update the Exchange Rates data, you must run the Exchange Rates job.

Note: Only the users with the Administrator role can execute this process.

To run the exchange rates job:

  1. On the Navigation Bar, go to Administration > Job Manager. The list of jobs is displayed.
  2. Click the Definitions tab.
  3. Right-click Refresh Exchange Rates Job and select Create Schedule The Run/Schedule job window is displayed.
  4. Review the Schedule field that is set to Run Now, by default.
  5. Click OK. The selected job is run.
