Users, Users and Groups

The Users or Users and Groups tab show the users that are available for the permission managements in Repository, and the groups that have been added from external authentication systems, for example, LDAP groups or Windows groups.

You find the groups of the internal Basic authentication system on the Basic Groups tab.

Note: If you have registered external authentication systems, this tab's name is Users and Groups. If you work with Basic users and groups only, the tab's name is Users, because you administer Basic groups in the Basic Groups tab.

If you expand the view of a user or group, you see the subordinate folders Basic Groups and User Management Roles. Here you assign User Management roles and Basic groups.
