Inserting cell notes

To add a note in an Alea Ad-hoc report, or in a formula report which was converted from an Alea Ad-hoc report:

  1. Double-click the cell into which to insert the note.
    The Edit Note dialog is displayed.
  2. Specify the note.
    You can copy text from other sources and paste it into the Edit Note dialog.

    You can specify one URL, or one link to a file in a note. For example www.infor.com or C:\Documents and Settings\username\My Documents\Notes.doc. If you include a link in a note, the note must contain no other text. Click Follow Link to open the link.
