Displaying top/bottom values

You can sort data to display only the top or bottom N or N% of values. Right-click a value in the column to sort and select Only Show Top Values or Only Show Bottom Values. Select a value or percentage from the shortcut menu. A white triangle in the column indicates that the data is sorted. To remove it, right-click in the column and select Only Show Top/Bottom Values > Show All.

When you display top or bottom values, the Sorting pane of the List Designer is enabled. In the Sorting pane, you can see how the sort is defined. The definition changes as you select different top or bottom values. Changes which you make to the definition in the sorting pane are reflected in the report.
