Managing permissions To manage the permissions of a report or folder: Right-click the report or folder. Select Manage Permissions. Or select a folder and click Manage permissions in the list of common tasks. Note: To add users and groups from external authentication systems, the systems must be registered in the Infor BI Repository Administration console See Registering authentication systems in Infor BI Repository Administration.
