Select Document Type for shipping document

Use this page to review the shipper details and select the document type to print the shipping document.

To view this page, click Print Shipping Documents on the ASN History page.

Review this information in the Facility Information section:

Facility
The name of the location from where the demand for the parts is raised.
Ship To
The location at which the parts are received.

Review this information in the Shipper Header Information section:

Shipper No.
The code of the shipper.
Ship Date/Time
The date and time when the shipment is sent.
Freight
The payment option for the shipment. Possible values:
  • Collect
  • Prepaid
  • Prepaid Invoice
Expected Arrival Date & Time
The data and time when the shipment is expected to be delivered.
AETC
The Authorized Excess Transportation Cost (AETC) code assigned to the shipment. This code indicates that the shipping cost that exceeds the contractual terms is approved by the customer.
AETC Responsibility
The business partner (customer or supplier) responsible to pay the additional costs related to the shipment.
Vehicle Number
The railcar, trailer or the air freight number.
Transport
The mode of conveyance to transport the shipment.
Route Code
The code of the route map for the shipment.
Dock
The code of the dock at which the shipment is received.
SCAC
The SCAC code of the carrier that transports the shipment.
Ship From
The Standard Carrier Alpha Code (SCAC) code of the carrier that transports the shipment.
Test or Production
Indicates the status of the part related to the shipment.
Pro Number
The number used to track the shipment.
Remarks
The additional information related to the shipment.

You can select the document type in the Generate Document section and click Generate Document.
