Accepting or rejecting requirements

Use this page to accept or reject the demand. You can reject a demand at either the schedule or requirement level, based on the configuration set by the customer.

When you reject a requirement, your customer is notified through an email and can view the event on the Event Management console. You can reject and accept requirements within the period (in days and hours) set by the customer.

To accept or reject requirements:

  1. Select Demand > Schedules. The Releases Search Criteria page is displayed.
  2. Specify the search criteria.
  3. Click Continue. The Releases page is displayed.
  4. Click View schedule corresponding to the demand in the Demand Information section or click a part in the Parts List section. The Schedule page is displayed.
  5. Select the Reject check box corresponding to the requirement in the Requirement Information section.
    Note: You can clear the Reject check box for the requirements that are rejected, to accept the requirements.
  6. Click Submit. The rejection notes is displayed.
  7. Specify the reason for the rejection or acceptance of the requirements.
  8. Click Submit.
