Creating shipper for Premium Freight Authorization

Use this page to create a shipper for the Premium Freight Authorization (PFA). The shipper details include the shipper number and shipment in-transit time.

To create a shipper for the PFA:

  1. Select Premium Freight > View PFAs. The View Premium Freight Search Criteria page is displayed.
  2. Specify the search criteria.
  3. Click Submit. The Premium Freight Authorizations page is displayed.
  4. Click View corresponding to the PFA. The Premium Freight Authorization Details page is displayed.
  5. Click Create Shipper. The Premium Freight Shipper Details page is displayed.
  6. Specify this information:
    Ship From
    The location from where the parts are shipped.
    Shipper Number
    The code of the shipper.
    Shipment In-transit Period
    The time period (days, hours and minutes) required to deliver the shipment to the customer's ship to location.
  7. Click Shipper. The Shipper page is displayed.
