Premium Freight Authorization Details

Use this page to view the Premium Freight Authorization (PFA) details such as the date and time when the parts are required, the estimated and actual transportation costs for the shipment.

Review this information in the Authorization Details section:
Facility
The name of the location from where the demand for the parts is raised.
Ship To
The location to which the parts are shipped.
Customer
The name of the customer that raised the demand for the parts.
Review this information in the Details section:
AETC Number
The code assigned to the shipment indicates that the excess charge is approved by the customer.
Date Required
The date on which the parts are required.
Expeditor
The name of the user (planner) who creates the PFA.
Responsibility
The company that pays the expenses (excess costs) related to the expedited shipment.
Estimated Cost
The estimated cost of the requirements related to the PFA.
Actual Cost
The actual cost of the requirements related to the PFA.
Carrier
The code of the carrier that transports the shipment.
Date Entered
The date and time at which the PFA is created.
Authorized By
The name of the user who authorizes the expedited shipment.
Reason
The reason code for the PFA.
Comments
The additional information related to the PFA.
Review this information in the Part Information section:
Part
The customer defined code of the part.
Required Quantity
The quantity of the part required.
Pull Signal
The pull signal associated with the requirement.

You can use the Create Shipper option to create the shipper for the PFA. The Shipper Details page is displayed.
