From Data Access Groups

1. To associate an Operator Group with a Data Access Group from the Settings menu select SunSystems > Data Access Groups.
2. Highlight the required data access group on the grid and click Edit. The Data Access Group Setup form is displayed. The Available Operator Groups grid lists the operator groups available to be associated with this data access group.
3. Use the add and remove arrows, or highlight a group and double-click, to create the list of operator groups to be associated with this data access group. These are then displayed in the Associated Operator Groups grid. You can enter up to 128 operator groups against one data access group code.
