Importing and exporting User Manager information
To facilitate exchange of information between installations of SunSystems, use the Export and Import functions. These functions work with XML documents.
Exporting SunSystems Information
From User Manager, select . This opens a standard Windows Save As dialog.
By default, this file is named Security Export.xml and is saved to your local My Documents folder. You can override the default values.
Importing SunSystems Information
From User Manager, select . This opens a standard Windows Open dialog.
By default, the dialog opens in your local My Documents directory and assumes aout File Name of Security Export.xml. Locate the .xml file you want to import into User Manager.
