IFS authentication

Select the combination of authentication types for your security requirements. If you are integrating SunSystems Web login authentication with IFS, you must select Enable Single Sign-On Authentication to use Windows credentials, as well as Use an IFS server for Single Sign-On Authentication.

  1. Specify this information:
    Enable Single Sign-On Authentication
    Windows credentials entered during operating system log in are passed through to User Manager.
    Enable Standard Authentication
    Basic level of security. User credentials are validated when User Manager is used.
    Use an IFS server for Single Sign-On Authentication
    This option is activated only when Enable Single Sign-On Authentication check box is checked. Single Sign-on Authentication via IFS server is for SunSystems Web only. Check this check box if users should log in to SunSystems web using IFS authentication. If you select this option, you must configure the details of the IFS server. Click Configure to display the IFS Authentication Configuration form.
