About Transfer Desk

SunSystems Transfer Desk and its associated components provide the ability to transfer data internally within a SunSystems database and to transfer data to and from external files. These files can be hierarchical, or flat, and/or delimited. This includes the ability to define the external files and how they map to SunSystems data. Transfer Desk functionality includes:

• Running transfer processes
• Setting up transfer processes, and file / data formats
• Filtering and summarizing ledger data
• Import error correction
• Editing, running and scheduling transfer processes automatically
• Automation of multiple transfer processes, logically ordered (prioritized)
• Viewing the history of results for transfer processes and automations.
