Financial Calendar Inquiry

Financial Calendars Inquiry (FCQ) allows you to display selected financial calendar data for specific financial calendar years for the current business unit.

The display of the Financial Calendar data is tailored according to:

  • Business Unit
  • Module
  • Operator Group - open period and date limits defined in User Manager
  • User Language
  • Financial Year

Performing a Financial Calendars Inquiry:

  1. Select the Financial Calendars Inquiry (FCQ) option from SunSystems to display the Financial Calendars Inquiry form.
  2. Enter the Financial Year to review.
  3. Click OK to display the financial calendar details.

The Financial Calendars Inquiry form displays information related to the calendar for the business unit and year as well as the language and the serialized modules.

The details displayed are as follows:

  • Financial Period
  • Period Description
  • Adjustment
  • Period Status
  • Current
  • Available for Posting
  • Period Start Date
  • Period End Date
