Resetting data formats

While creating new data formats, you can reset, or clear, the options that have been set. This cancels all changes made since the last save.

  1. In Format Designer, select File > Reset Format, or click Reset a Format on the toolbar.
  2. Re-enter the details for the formats.
  3. From the File menu select Save Format, or click Save a Format on the toolbar.
    Note: Once the data format has been saved, the reset button is disabled and you cannot reset the options.
