Configuring the Quality Inspections application
To configure the quality inspection application:
- Click (for IOS) or (for Android).

Specify these details:
- Company
- The default company code. This value is defaulted from the
LN user data. However, you can modify this value, if required.
Note:
You can specify only one company code at a time.
- Site
- The site of the order inspection.
Note:
- By default, All Sites option is selected. However, you can modify this value.
- You can select only one site at a time.
- You can select sites only if the sites are implemented for the specified company.
- If this value is not specified, all the inspection orders for the specified company are displayed.
- Origins
- The origin of the inspection order. The possible values
include all the origins defined in the quality management parameter
session in Infor LN.
Note:
You can select multiple origins.
- Warehouses
- The warehouse associated with the inspection order. A
warehouse is a place for storing goods.
Note:
- By default, All Warehouses option is selected. However, you can modify this value.
- You can select multiple warehouses.

This field is empty and disabled if only Routing (TI) is selected in the Origin field.
- Work Centers
- The work center associated with the inspection order. A
specific production area consists of one or more people and/or
machines with identical capabilities, that can be considered as one
unit for purposes of the capacity requirement planning and detailed scheduling.
Note:
- By default, All Work Centers option is selected. However, you can modify this value.
- You can select multiple work centers.
- This field is empty and disabled, if the value selected in the Origin field is other than Routing (TI).
- Display Period
- The period for which the inspection orders are displayed.
The possible options are:
- Weeks
- Months
- Only show orders assigned to me
- If this option (toggle) is selected, only the inspection orders
that are assigned to the user in the Resource
Assignments (qmptc1160m000) session in Infor LN, are
displayed.
Note:
- By default, this option (toggle) is selected. However, you can modify the value.
- If this option (toggle) is not selected, the inspection orders assigned to the user and others are displayed. But, the inspection order that are not assigned to anyone are not displayed.
- Insert default values for measurements/Default norm or nominal values for measurement
- If this option (toggle) is selected, the applicable nominal or
norm value (if any) is defaulted when an uninspected test data line
is selected.
Note:
- If this option (toggle) is cleared, 0 is defaulted as the nominal or norm value.
- By default, this option (toggle) is selected. However, you can modify the value.
- Tap on next (Auto save and navigate)
- If this option (toggle) is selected, the inspection order
data is saved automatically in case the user does not save the
changes before navigating to another inspection order.
Note:
By default, this option (toggle) is selected. However, you can modify the value.
- Camera image quality
- The quality of the image that is captured for the
inspection order. The possible options are:
- Low
- Medium
- High
Note:- This option is only applicable for the uploading of the captured attachments to IDM.
- By default, the value is set to Low. However, you can modify the value.
- Debug Mode
- If this option (toggle) is selected, the application runs in the debug mode.
- Offline Mode
- If this option (toggle) is selected, you can save the test
data Offline. When the device is connected to the internet, you must
manually disable the offline mode to synchronize the test data with
Infor LN.
Note:
- You can also select this option (toggle) when the device is not connected to the internet.
- This mode can be used only if the Passcode setting is enabled.
- Passcode setting
- The PIN (Personal Identification Number) to authorize the specifying of the test data in the Offline mode.
- Click Done.
