This is a traffic light based metric that provides a graphical view of the overall performance of the project.
Traffic Light Indicators:
- Green
Project is on Schedule.
- Yellow
Project requires attention.
- Red
Project requires immediate attention

- OTP is not specified if activity is not completed.
