Resolving Mobile Conflicts

If a conflict occurs during a synchronization between the back office and a mobile device, the Mobile Conflict Resolution form opens. These are the two types of errors:

• Fatal Error: This occurs when something has happened to the data in the back office that cannot be reconciled.
• Conflict Error: This occurs when a record has changed in the back office and on the mobile device.
