Tasks

The Tasks page enables signed-in users to view and monitor long running tasks in Infor Risk & Compliance. Users can track the overall progress of the task as well as the individual status of each of its various sub-tasks, such as the extraction progress of each object during an extraction.

The Tasks page provides details such as the task type, the priority set for a task, the connection used for the task, the user who initiated the task, the date and time when the task was started and the total duration of task completion. This date and time is according to the time zone defined on the Preferences page.

The message in the Remarks column displays the reasons for success or failure of the task. If this message is above 255 characters, an icon is displayed in the Remarks column. Click this icon to view the complete message.

This column displays the status 'Partially Analyzed', if the exception writing cap is reached.

Note: For online extractions of Authorizations Insight for SAP and Process insights, error messages sent by DEE are displayed on the Tasks page. The SAPDEEErrorCodes.xml file contains the error codes and error messages which can be configured through this file. For details, refer to the SAP - Configuration Settings Guide.For Process Insight rule analysis, the evaluation progress displays the total number of rules that are evaluated for the current analysis. The evaluation comprises of these steps:

Evaluating Simple rules, Duplicate rules, Fuzzy rules without OR operator and Math rules for Date difference. This evaluation is performed as part of Rule transformation Step 1.
Evaluating Fuzzy rules with OR operator, UAI rules and Math rules having functions other than Date difference . This evaluation is performed as part of Rule transformation Step 2.

Note: To restrict the administrator from viewing all tasks, configure the setting on the Task Manager Settings panel on the Configuration page.
