Reset SAP Password

This feature enables authorized SAP users, mapped to Infor Risk & Compliance applications, to reset their passwords through Infor Risk & Compliance and automatically have their user accounts unlocked if the accounts were locked due to invalid login attempts in SAP ERP.

The Reset SAP Password page displays a list of SAP users mapped to Infor Risk & Compliance. The User column displays a combination of the first name and last name of the user with the user id in brackets. This page also displays all the connection names these users are from and the connection details.

Note: This functionality does not support offline connections and does not consider connection based security. Users can reset password in all connections they are in, regardless of whether they are connection owners or users.
