Data Clean Up
The data cleanup functionality enables you to delete data through the Infor Risk & Compliance user interface. Data cleanup is supported only for Process Insights. Email notifications can be scheduled to notify yourself or other users when cleanup is complete. Multiple data cleanup tasks may be scheduled.
The panel Details of Extracted Data Tables provides detailed information about data extracted across all connections. This information includes the names of the Process Insights tables from which the data was extracted, the records, the size of the data in KB, the date of the extracted data and the date and time when the first and the last transactions were carried out.
The Infor Risk & Compliance Audit report displays scheduled data clean up tasks and the task status-whether it is in progress or complete.
