Configuring bulk transfer settings

Bulk transfer is used to transfer multiple cases from one agent or service group to another.

  1. Log in as CMsetup administrator.
  2. Access Case Management from the navigation menu.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Click General.
  5. Click Application.
  6. In the Bulk Transfer Settings area, specify this information:
    From Agent Queue
    Set to Yes to enable agents to perform bulk transfers from the Agent Queue.
    From Manager Queue
    Set to Yes to enable service managers to perform bulk transfers from the Manager Queue.
  7. Click Update.
