Facilities

Use this form to define the facility code, description, payroll code, ERP code, and time zone.  The form contains three tabs for additional facility level configuration.

General Tab

Specify calendar parameters, ERP shift information, and a payroll extract location for a facility.

Dashboard Colors Tab

Specify color-coding to denote header record status (for example, Ready, Working, or Holiday).

Payroll Colors Tab

Specify color-coding to denote header record status for payroll purposes (for example, Ready, Not Submitted, or Payroll Processed).
