List of Mongoose License Modules

The core forms constitute the bulk of the operational forms in Mongoose. This license module is typically assigned to all system users. Access to forms is further controlled by user and group permissions.

This license module allows direct access to IDOs by external applications.

Mongoose provides the IDORequest interface to a variety of possible technologies, including SOAP web services, .NET class libraries, XML over HTTP, and COM. Regardless of the technology used to access the Mongoose application, if the external application needs to use core Mongoose IDOs, the user account it employs must have this license module assigned.

This license module allows access to and use of those forms that make use of DataViews and Critical Numbers. It also allows developer access to that funtionality for the design and development of forms that require it.

This license module allows access to all forms commonly used in the design and development of new forms in Mongoose. It is also required for developers who customize or modify forms at the Site or Vendor level.

This license module is not directly assignable to users. It is used for (at least temporary) "licensing" of forms that Mongoose form/application developers create. This is required, because without this module, any forms created by Mongoose developers would not be available for use by others.

Mongoose automatically assigns new forms and new versions of forms to this module. To make them available to non-developer users, you must authorize them at the User or Group level.
