Purge History RMAs

Use this form to delete those historical records you no longer wish to maintain in the system. This utility will delete only RMAs which meet three conditions:

  • The status is set to History.
  • The RMA number falls within the range you specify.
  • The RMA date falls on or before the date you specify.

Most users will run this utility on a set schedule (often yearly) to keep the number of RMAs maintained by the system manageable while protecting information that may still be valuable.

Note: This utility will only delete RMAs whose status is set to History. Before using this form, you may wish to manually change the status of RMAs with status Closed to status History where appropriate before running the utility.
