Customer Service Impact

Use this form to search for customer orders that will be late. The form shows late job orders with a destination of customer order or inventory.

This form is useful for determining how much money and time your current promise-and-expedite scheduling scheme costs you as a result of late orders. After seeing the effects of late order fulfillment, use the Material Constraint form and Contention form to improve your order fulfillment scheme, increase throughput, and forecast productivity.

To return information on the form, these conditions must be true:

  • The CO line is sourced to a job order
  • The due date of the CO line and the job order are today or in the future
  • Either the CO line or the job order is projected late

Past due CO lines and past due job orders are not displayed.
