Using the Ship To Detail View
Infor CRM Back Office Extension only. Use the Detail view to see, add, or edit information for a selected record. The Detail view consists of information boxes, tabs, and a user-defined middle section.
To open the Ship to detail view, perform one of the following:
- Open the Receivable, or Return Detail view, click the Bill/Ship Address tab and click the link.
- Open the Sales Order Detail view, click the ShipTo tab, click link.
- Open the Shipment Detail view, click the Ship Address tab, click link.
- Open the Account, or Bill To Detail view, click the Ship To tab, click link. If this tab is not visible, select More Tabs.
Information Fields
The information fields contain the shipping information. This information cannot be edited. To add or edit this information, go to integrated application. For specific questions please refer to the integrated application documentation or contact the administrator.

Each tab shows specific information you can use for ship to related activities. Click a link to see more information about each tab.
