Integrations Links Tab

Use the Links tab to view and manage the links that transfer information between Infor CRM and an external system. Depending on the link type, you may see one or multiple links listed on the tab.
Note: The Links tab is available only for integrations with a synchronization method of Server Sync and a Link Type of User.

To open the Links tab, click the Links tab on the Integrations Detail view.

On this page you can:

  • Enable or disable a link for synchronization.
    1. Click the Enabled check box next to a link to turn on or turn off synchronization. Select the check box to turn on synchronization or clear the check box to turn off synchronization of a link.
    2. Click (Save).
  • Click (Sync All) to synchronize all links at once.
  • Add or edit a link if Authorization Type is Basic
