Enabling CPQ

Infor CPQ only. The connection to Infor CPQ is available in Infor CRM by default. You must enable the configuration and then create the configuration groups that delivers the correct product components to your quotes.

These steps assume that Infor Product Configuration Management software is already installed and configured.

To enable:

  1. Sign in to the Infor CRM Web Client as Administrator.
  2. In the Navigation Bar, expand Administration and then click Integrations.
  3. In the Integrations List View, click Infor CPQ.
  4. In the Integration - Infor CPQ Detail view, select the Enabled check box.
  5. Click Save (). You must now add configuration groups.
