Editing repository permissions

You can assign repository roles to repository permissions that are listed in the Repository Permissions widget on the Administrators dashboard. For example, you can select the Change Password permission, and assign this permission to selected repository roles.

  1. Select Dashboards > User and Permission Management > Administrators dashboard.
  2. In the Repository Permissions widget, select the permission to modify.
  3. In the Repository Roles widget, click the Edit 'Repository Roles' Assignments icon.
  4. Select the repository roles to assign to the selected permission.
  5. Optionally, you can create new repository roles. To create a repository role for a selected repository permission:
    1. Click the Create icon.
    2. Specify the name of the repository role.
    3. Optionally, specify the description of the repository role.
    4. Click OK.
  6. In the Repository Roles widget, click the Save icon.
