Creating an E-mail Process

When you select the E-mail process from the Select Process Type dialog, the E-mail Process dialog box opens.

The E-mail process sends an E-mail to specified recipients. You can attach files to the E-mail and, optionally, include a log of the task. Optionally, you can zip the attachments.

To create an E-mail process:

  1. Specify an E-mail address to send the E-mail.
  2. Optionally, specify addresses to send a copy, or blind copy.
  3. Specify a subject for the E-mail.
  4. Optionally, specify an E-mail message.
  5. Optionally, specify an attachment to include.
  6. Click OK.
