Scheduling the Workbook

An Excel Workbook process consists of one or more workbook-related activities, such as printing, saving, or E-mailing your workbook.

To specify activities:

  1. Click Schedule this Workbook. The Excel Workbook Process dialog box opens.
  2. Click the Workbook Name browse button (...), and specify a Microsoft Excel workbook (*.xls).
  3. Optionally, select Extract .
  4. Click the Save, Print, E-mail, or PDF tab.
  5. Select Enable and specify the required information.
    You can specify one or all four types of activity to run on your selected workbook. At least one activity must be enabled.
  6. Click OK.
