Managing Alert Tasks

When you double-click a task in the Task section of the Alert Scheduler, the Alert Task Definition dialog box is displayed.

To manage your task:

  1. Change the description of your task, in the Task Details section.
  2. Optionally, select or clear Allow other users to view, schedule, or execute this task.
  3. Optionally, select or clear Allow other users to edit or delete this task.
  4. Optionally, click Add Process (+), in the Processes section, to create a process. Or, select a process and click Delete Process (-) to delete it, click Browse Process(...) to edit it, or click Copy to copy it.
  5. When you have completed managing your processes, click OK.
