Managing Alert Tasks
When you double-click a task in the Task section of the Alert Scheduler, the Alert Task Definition dialog box is displayed.
To manage your task:
- Change the description of your task, in the Task Details section.
- Optionally, select or clear Allow other users to view, schedule, or execute this task.
- Optionally, select or clear Allow other users to edit or delete this task.
- Optionally, click (+), in the Processes section, to create a process. Or, select a process and click (-) to delete it, click to edit it, or click to copy it.
- When you have completed managing your processes, click .
