Computer processes

To specify, which processes access Repository using the Computer configuration, click General Settings > Computer Processes in the tree:

The toolbar contains these buttons:

Button Description
Adds computer processes
Deletes selected processes
Edits the properties of the selected process
Resets the list of the computer processes to the default list
Add computer processes to the default list. If an existing Services.config file does not contain all processes from the default list of a reinstallation, these processes are added to the list.
Refresh view
Opens the online help

To add processes, click Add on the toolbar, and select the processes in the Add Processes dialog (multiple selection with Ctrl).

If you add the * - Use every process process, every event of a local process is logged into the file specified in Log Settings - Computer.

To edit the description of a process, select the process in the list and click the Properties button on the toolbar.

To remove processes from the list, select the processes in the list and click Remove on the toolbar (multiple selection with Ctrl).

To reset the list of processes to the default setting, click Reset to Default on the toolbar.

Note: The settings of the Assign Processes dialog are stored in the file Services.config. Default folder: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Infor\PM\DWCore.
