Protection of built-in objects

Built-in permissions, roles and permission assignments, users, and groups are protected in newly created repositories:

• You cannot change or delete built-in objects.
• In case of built-in roles, you cannot modify the built-in permission assignments. You cannot assign additional permissions or unassign existing ones.
• You can still use these objects, for example, by assigning a built-in role to users or groups.
• As most of the built-in objects were not originally protected, the protection will not be enabled during the migration of existing repository databases.
