Filtering the user and groups list

If you have a large number of users and groups, you can filter the list by searching for users and groups that meet specific criteria (for example, only Windows users).

To filter the list:

  1. On the toolbar of the User Management dialog, click Show/Hide Search and specify the search criteria.
  2. Use the wildcard search to search by name or search for default objects (for example, the Report Designer group), user-defined objects or system objects (for example, the Every SSO User group). Enable or disable the search pane by clicking the Show/Hide Search button.
