Creating and deleting basic groups

To create a basic group:

  1. Click the Basic Groups tab.
  2. Click Create Basic Group.
  3. Specify this information:
    Name
    Specify a name for the group.
    Description
    Optionally, specify a description to be displayed in the User Management dialog.
    The account is disabled
    Select to disable an account. Deselect the check box to enable a disabled account.
    The account is restricted by a start date
    To specify a date and time from which access to the account is allowed, select the check box and select a date and time.
    The account is restricted by an end date
    To specify a date and time at which permission to access the account ends, select the check box and select a date and time.
    To delete a group, right-click it and select Delete.
