Exporting scheduled tasks

You can export a single scheduled task to a scheduled task file.

Note: Only the scheduled task is exported - not the reports which it references.

To export a scheduled task:

  1. In the report catalog, right-click the scheduled task to export and select Export/Import > Export Tasks (.tasks)
  2. Specify a name for the task file and the location to which to export it.
  3. Click Save.
