Comments and cell notes

You can add spreadsheet comments to cells in a report. When a user points to a commented cell, the comment is displayed as a tooltip. This can be used, for example, to give hints to users about what they should enter in a cell.

To see comments in any of the report modes you must enable comments in the Settings dialog.

Select Extras > Settings and a mode. In the Show pane, select the Comments check box.
